Jack Whitehall has revealed that he spent three years avoiding using the toilet while his ex-girlfriend was awake because their bathroom did not have a door. The actor and comedian said he felt too embarrassed to use the toilet when his girlfriend was around, and could only relieve himself at night when she was asleep. He eventually found a solution when he discovered that frosted glass could be used to provide privacy. The 34-year-old also spoke about his last long-term relationship, saying that he knew it was truly over when his ex-girlfriend broke wind in front of him for the first time in five years.
Whitehall said that the couple had continued to live together after they had broken up, with both hoping that they might be able to rekindle their romance. However, he realised that their relationship was over when his ex-girlfriend farted in front of him, indicating that she was no longer concerned about being polite or maintaining a certain level of decorum around him. Whitehall, who is now in a relationship with model Roxy Horner, previously dated actress Kate Beckinsale and former Big Brother contestant Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, but did not name the ex-girlfriend he discussed on the podcast.
