Kayla Kayden, a former Playboy bunny and OnlyFans star, has revealed that she underwent saline injections in her chest to achieve “instant boob jobs.” Kayden had breast augmentation surgery when she was 19 and boasted E cup breasts for 13 years until she removed the implants in 2021. However, she missed her larger chest and was hesitant to undergo surgery again, fearing heavy scarring.
Her plastic surgeon suggested a new procedure known as the “insta breast” where a mixture of salt and water is injected into the breasts. Kayla said, “They get these 24-hour boosters so he did the injection and it worked – I was shocked. They look much bigger and are 1,000 times better than implants.” The injections cost £613 ($750 USD) each and can be done from the comfort of the patient’s own home. The results last for a maximum of 12 hours.
Kayden said the water injection doesn’t feel like implants as they resemble a waterbed. She added, “It feels like you have implants but I don’t think it lasts 24 hours at all, it is more like 12 hours. It reduces throughout the day.” The procedure can take the patient’s normal size to three or five times their natural size. Kayla had her first injection in 2022 and loved the instant “boost.” However, in December 2022, she decided to have breast implants again, returning to fake size D cups.
Kayden recommends saline injections to anyone who wants breast implants, as they help determine the size they want. “It helped me decide that I wanted new implants. And I got the exact size that’s right for my body,” she said.
